Manual Definite Length Tape Dispenser
The Manual definite length tape dispenser uses an adjustable lever to feed up to 120mm of tape per stroke where the tape length can be easily adjusted by simply loosening the thumb screw so that you can move the lever to the desired length. It is ideal to use for double sided tape which is applied to the back of point of sale items such as wobblers and shelf talkers.

M-1000 Definite Length Electronic Tape Dispenser
The M-1000 Automatic definite length electronic tape dispenser can be used with tape widths of up to 50mm and will dispense defined lengths from 20mm up to 999mm. It is set by the user to an automatic length of tape where it will cut and once that piece is removed another will be advanced. It is most productive for medium to high usage where repetative taping of defined lengths of tape is required. Ideal for specialty packaging, contract packaging and assembly, wire harnessing and cell manufacturing.

DLD ZCUT-9 Programmable Electronic Tape Dispenser
The ZCUT-9 electronic taping dispenser features two photo electric eyes for precise lengths of tape for two tapes at the same time as well as allowing up to six different lengths to be stored in its programme. Whilst both tapes will be cut at the same length the DLD ZCUT-9 can use a variety of tapes such as filament tape, cloth tape, masking tape and double sided tapes without the need for the tapes to have the same core size. Ideal for specialty packagig, contract packaging and assembly, wire hanessing and cell manufacturing.

DLD ZCUT-2 Electronic Definite Length Carousel Tape Dispenser
Like the ZCUT-9 the ZCUT-2 Carousel Electronic Taping Dispenser cuts a predetermined length of tape, but onto a rotating carousel holding 20 lengths of tape making it ideal for multiple users. This taping machine accepts tapes with widths of 3-25mm and can cut predetermined lengths of 13-60mm. the DLD ZCUT-2 accepts a range of tapes including double sided tape. Ideal for specialty packagig, contract packaging and assembly, wire hanessing and cell manufacturing.

Manual Water Activated Tape Dispenser
BP-222
This manual water activated tape dispenser (BP-222) has no cords or batteries and will dispense 25cm lengths of water activated tape. It is extremely easy to use and load and is ideal for low volume shipping environments where a secure way of sealing cartons is required. Being that it is water activated tape, the tape adheres to the fibre of the carton, making it one of the most secure and tamper evident methods of securing boxes or cartons.

Manual Water Activated Tape Dispenser

Electronic Water Activated Tape Dispenser

This machine has been designed for high volume water activated / gummed tape applications as it will dispense pre-determined lengths of tape at a rate of 114cm per second. Once the previous piece has been removed the next will advance. It can take up to 14 pre-set lengths from 15cm though to 145cm lengths.

Electronic Water Activated Tape Dispenser

This dispenser will give high productivity whilst applying environmentally friendly water activated tape. It can be preprogrammed to dispense various tape lengths one after the other, or you can just press the coloured buttons to choose different pre-programmed lengths at each push. Featuring a 2.1 litre water capacity it can provide high output speeds of gummed paper tape of lengths from 13cm through to 300cm.

Automatic Taping Machine 2-ATM-460
The ATM-460 is for larger scale double sided tape, hi-tack or removable tape applications such as 'shelf talkers', 'wobblers' and other presentation products and serves markets such as printers, point of sale producers or sign printers as some examples. The Automatic Taping Machine saves time and labour costs by automatically feeding at high speed a stack of products through to the tape head which applies the tape. It can be adjusted to take different tape widths from 12mm to 254mm.

Automatic Taping Machine 2-ATM-700
The ATM-700 is ideal for wider applications up to 700mm wide - such as A1 posters, and can apply double sided tape at high speed in both strips or pieces of tape. The ATM-700 comes standard with an electronic counter to assist the operator as well as two tape heads, with the ability to add another four tape heads. For faster production an automatic feeder unit for material 390mm wide can also be added. These machines are very easy to adjust for different taping applications

Automatic Taping Machine 2-ATM-1050
The ATM-1050 is used for applying double sided tape to wider format materials like wide posters or banners. This Automatic Taping Machine uses a stationary transmitter as well as a receptor photo-optic cell sensing system to ensure the highest possible accuracy during production. An electric counting unit and two tape heads come standard with the ATM-1050 but it will accomodate up to 8 automatic taping heads. For faster production an automatic feeder unit for material 390mm wide can also be added.

Automatic Taping Head
The speed of the the taping head uses the conveyor speed of the unit it is mounted to to drive the rollers on the tape head unit - which eliminates speed syncing issues. This tape head unit can be separately mounted above rollers or conveyors to apply double sided tape at high speed. All of our Automatic Taping Machines have one or two taping heads as a standard so this item is for those who require additional taping heads for those machines or to be added to existing conveyors.

GPEC Range of Carton Sealers
The GPEC range of carton sealers features Semi Automatic as well as Automatic carton sealers. Both types are built for dependability and ease of operation. Our Semi-Automatic range are available in a
side belt drive which is recommended for low profile, small and lightweight cartons, as well as a Top and Bottom Belt drive carton sealer that is designed for cartons with a higher and wider profile.
The Automatic range includes the 705A random carton sealer with both a top and bottom belt drive and our largest is the 801 Automatic Case Erector and bottom sealer which is particularly suited for longer or higher cartons. Click on the images below for more information on each. |

Semi Automatic Uniform Side Drive Carton Sealer
2-GPCS-C26U
This semi auto carton sealer uses 50mm wide machine tape and the 50mm side drive belt moves at 20m/minute automatically moving your cartons through the taping mechanism. It is a uniformed carton sealer - meaning cartons should all be the same size, but can be changed with manual adjustments. Its an easy to set up taping machine that can accomodate cartons from 150mm x 150mm x 120mm(H) up to 500mm x 500mm-750mm(H) and any length. Features include adjustable legs that sit on castors.

Semi Automatic Carton Sealer

Using a simple mechanical operation this carton sealer seals cartons with tape on the top and bottom of cartons. The height and width can easily be adjusted and the tape head is also easily removed. It is most suited for low profile, small lightweight boxes as it is a side belt driven carton sealer. It can seal up to 2500 cartons per hour (depending on carton size).

Desk Top Tape Dispensers
We supply a range of Desk Top Tape Dispensers to suit most needs. From a basic Nova tape dispenser, a Heavy Duty tape dispenser that can take either 2 x 24mm rolls or 1 x 48mm roll made of a solid metal frame. Alternatively we can supply a Desk top dispenser that comes with a clamp so that it can be solidly attached to the edge of a desk making it ideal for draughtsmen and designers and it can also take 2 x 24mm rolls or 1 x 48 mm roll of tape. For more specialised needs there is the Water Activated Tape Dispenser which is suitable for gum sided tape and features a fabric covered roller and plastic water trough.

Pistol Grip or Hand Held Tape Dispensers
Get Packed supplies a range of hand held or pistol grip tape dispensers that will cover most needs. Adhesive Transfer Tape Guns
Our range of Transfer Tape guns start with a simple, general purpose gun that is ideally suited to Stylus T003 removable transfer tape . Our next in the range is a professional grade transfer tape dispenser with extended nose to allow user to get into tight places and is ideal for applying 6mm, 12mm and 19mm width rolls.
Our highest end Gun is the 3M branded ATG700 and is considered to be the best on the market. It can be used with a range of different Transfer Tapes for a
wide variety of uses from picture framing to scrap booking. It has a trigger mechanism that releases the tape and the liner rewinds into the gun, exposing the adhesive on your product.

Bag Neck Sealer
Bag Neck Sealers are constructed from premium grade steel with a bag cutting feature which uses PVC Tape up to 12mm wide. Bag neck sealers are designed to seal bags of fruit or bread with a small piece of tape.

Double sided tape has adhesive on both sides of the tape with a silicon wax liner material on one side that is removed when required to stick two products together. Using double sided tape is an efficient way of bonding two objects together such as paper, cardboard, plastic or metal. Our range is extensive and starts with a standard general purposes tissue tape, a high bond double sided tape through to a very high bond double sided tape. We also supply a large range of Foam Tapes that are available in both single sided and double sided in varying thicknesses, widths and density including a range of materails including polyethylene, neoprene, PVC or Polyurethane. Filament Tapes
We have 2 types of Filament Tape - one way or two way. One way filament tape has the fibre running the length of the tape, whilst two way has the filament running both the length and across (crossweave) the tape. They both have highly aggressive adhesive aand are ideally suited for bundling, strapping and palletising applications. They are available in a range of widths from 12mm through to 48mm.

Masking Tape, as the name suggests is used to mask surfaces or edges when painting in either the automotive industry, home decorating or cabinet making. It is made from a thin and easy to tear paper and an easily released pressure sensitive adhesive. It is available in several adhesive strengths - the more expensive - the longer the tape can be left on the surface without leaving residue or damaging the surface.

We supply packaging tape in a three different adhesives to suit various applications - hot emlt adhesive, acrylic adhesive and natural rubber adhesive. Our general purpose tapes are also available in either clear, brown and white and come in varying widths - from 6mm through to 75mm in hand rolls as well as machine rolls.

Fragile Tape, Handle with Care, Security Seal, Top Load Only, Urgent - with Red on white backgrounds, or Black writing on Flurescent Orange backgrounds. Sold by the rolls of 66m (50mm width) or Label Tapes where there are rolls of labels that are simply perforated with a choice of warnings. Custom made tapes can also be arranged.

Teflon Tape & Metal Detectable Tape
Teflon Tape is used with Heat Sealers or Vacuum Packing Machines as well as shrink Wrappers to protect the sealing rubber that creates a flat surface and an even seal. If the heating wire burns through the rubber seal then the teflon tape stops the heating wire from shorting the machine. It is available in a variety of widths and sizes in both an adhesive backed material or sheet form with no adhesive.
Metal Detectable Tape should be used in all food related heat sealers/shrink wrappers or vacuum packaging
as it has a foil backing (and silicon adhesive) so that when the tape is worn it can be identified by the metal detector before leaving the factory.

Transfer Tapes are small rolls of double sided tapes that can be used with transfer tape guns for quick application - with no need to peel away liners which lowers production time and costs. They are available in 4mm, 6mm, 9mm and 12mm wide rolls.

Water Activated Tape (gummed tape)
Activated through contact with water - Water Activated Tape uses a starch based adhesive which creates a superior bond to clear carton sealing tape. Also sold are water activated tape dispensers.
